We offer a 14-day refund policy on all digital products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

We typically process refunds within 1-2 business days. The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

What's Covered

• Product doesn't match the description
• Technical issues preventing use
• Product doesn't meet your needs
• Changed your mind

What's Not Covered

Refunds may not be granted for:

• Requests made after 14 days from purchase
• Duplicate purchases (we'll happily refund one)
• Products purchased on sale with "no refund" clearly stated

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're happy to resolve any issues directly and quickly. Chargebacks create additional fees and complications that we'd rather avoid by working with you directly.

Subscription Products

For subscription-based products (if applicable):

• You can cancel at any time from your account
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Partial refunds are available within 7 days of a new billing cycle
